Application Form
All Applications must be submitted using the
standard Application Form, which can be downloaded in PDF or Microsoft
Word.
The form must be submitted in electronic and printed form. The form
should be submitted on a CD-ROM, together with the other application
material (see the Submission Instructions). Two printed copies of the
form must be provided.
The Form may be completed in English or Greek.
Hand-written forms will not be evaluated by the Steering Committee.
